Description
Our Later Living course focuses on elderly clients and later living aspects. This may include gifting property to a loved one or moving into a retirement property such as sheltered accommodation or a retirement flat. This course includes a module on equity release and how to assess capacity. It also includes Deferred Payment Agreements and Charges for care home fees.
Our Diploma in Practical Conveyancing – Probate Conveyancing looks at what conveyancing is required when a homeowner passes away. It covers legal and beneficial assents as well as Trusts and avoiding the self-dealing rule.
With one in two relationships breaking down, it is not uncommon to be instructed by one of the parties to change the ownership of a property. Our Diploma in Practical Conveyancing – Matrimonial Conveyancing reviews various circumstances including whether the parties were married or cohabitants, and whether they have commenced the divorce and have consent orders sealed by the court. It also looks at stamp duty land tax and what to do if one party refuses to sign.
They can then click on each course for more details of the content, which I would put in a bullet point list.
