Which course is appropriate for me?

Are there any pre-entry requirements?

Before enrolling in our property law courses, it’s important to ensure that you meet our pre-entry requirements. These prerequisites are designed to ensure that all participants have the foundational knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in our programs. Typically, applicants should have a basic understanding of legal principles and terminology, which can be gained through prior education or work experience in a related field. · Legal Secretary Course: 4 GCSEs including English Language.

· Diploma in Practical Conveyancing – Stage 1: Some experience as a secretary or in a conveyancing within a law firm)

· Diploma in Practical Conveyancing – Stage 2: We recommend you have worked as a fee earner or trainee fee earner for a minimum of 1 year if you have not completed our Stage 1 course.

· Diploma in Practical Conveyancing – Stage 3: We recommend you have worked as a fee earner or trainee fee earner for a minimum of 1 year if you have not completed our Stage 1 or Stage 2 course.

· Diploma in Practical Conveyancing – Stage 4: We recommend you have worked as a fee earner or trainee fee earner for a minimum of 2 years if you have not completed our Stage 1, 2 and 3 courses.

· Diploma in Practical Conveyancing – Later Living Conveyancing: We recommend you have worked as a fee earner or trainee fee earner for a minimum of 2 years if you have not completed our Stage 1, 2 and 3 courses.

· Diploma in Practical Conveyancing – Matrimonial Conveyancing. We recommend you have worked as a fee earner or trainee fee earner for a minimum of 1 year if you have not completed our Stage 1 course.

· Diploma in Practical Conveyancing – Probate Conveyancing. We recommend you have worked as a fee earner or trainee fee earner for a minimum of 1 year if you have not completed our Stage 1 course.
